To add a student individually:
1. Go to Teams and click Manage on the relevant team
2. In the Add Student section, fill in:
- Student Name — Their full name
- Email — The student's email address (this becomes their login)
- Gender — Select from the dropdown (or leave as "Not specified")
- Date of Birth — Used for age-based fitness test norms
3. Click Add Student
The student's account is created immediately.
How do students get access?
Once added, tell your students to go to the Fitness Tests app and use the password reset option with their email address. This sends them a link to set their password and access their account.
Tips:
- Use the student's actual school email so they can easily reset their password
- Date of birth helps provide accurate fitness benchmarks — include it where possible
- Students appear in the team list immediately after being added
