If you need to add many students at once, the CSV import feature saves you time.
To batch import students:
1. Go to Teams and click Manage on the relevant team
2. Scroll to the Batch Import Students (CSV) section
3. Click Download CSV Template to get the correct format
4. Open the template and fill in your students' details (one student per row)
5. Save the file as CSV
6. Click Choose File, select your completed CSV
7. Click Import
Each student gets a Fitness Tests account created automatically. Tell your students to use the password reset option in the app with their email to set their password and get access.

The downloadable template shows you exactly which columns to include (name, email, gender, date of birth). Follow the format precisely for a smooth import.
Tips:
- Double-check email addresses before importing — typos mean students can't reset their password
- You can export student lists from your school's system and reformat to match the template
- Large imports may take a moment to process
