To create a template:
1. Go to Templates from the top navigation
2. Enter a template name — e.g. "Mid-Year Fitness Assessment", "Basketball Pre-Season Tests"
3. Browse the test categories and tick the tests you want to include:
- Aerobic Endurance/Power — Beep Test, Cooper Run (12 min), 1.5 Mile Run, Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery
- Muscular Endurance — e.g. Push-ups, Sit-ups
- Muscular Strength — e.g. Grip Strength
- Muscular Power — e.g. Vertical Jump, Standing Long Jump
- Agility — e.g. Illinois Agility Test
- Flexibility — e.g. Sit & Reach
- Anaerobic Power — e.g. Sprint tests
- Body Composition — e.g. BMI
4. Click a category name to expand it and see the available tests
5. Tick the checkbox next to each test you want
6. The counter next to each category updates as you select tests
7. Click Create Template
Your template appears in the Your Templates panel on the right, showing the template name, number of tests, the specific tests included, and the date created.
Tips:
- You can create multiple templates for different purposes (e.g. pre-season vs. end-of-year)
- Include a mix of fitness components for a well-rounded assessment
- Templates can include any combination of built-in and custom school tests
