Fitness Tests comes with a library of industry-standard fitness tests, organised into 8 categories. Each test has a specific unit of measurement.
Aerobic Endurance/Power
- Beep Test (level)
- Cooper Run — 12 min (meters)
- 1.5 Mile Run (minutes)
- Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery (level)
Muscular Endurance
- Tests for sustained muscular effort (e.g. push-ups, sit-ups)
Muscular Strength
- Tests for maximum force output (e.g. grip strength)
Muscular Power
- Tests for explosive power (e.g. vertical jump, standing long jump)
Agility
- Tests for speed and direction change (e.g. Illinois Agility Test)
Flexibility
- Tests for range of motion (e.g. sit and reach)
Anaerobic Power
- Tests for short-burst high-intensity effort (e.g. sprints)
Body Composition
- Tests for body measurements (e.g. BMI)
